Aguila still loaded this round up until fairly recently (maybe they still do, but it stays in Mexico) - I still run across it occasionally at gunshows. I normally pick it up when I find it, because it works in most 9mm Largo firearms.

38 ACP is also known as 38 auto in the US but it is not rimless it is semi rimmed. I've seen some spanish pistols marked 9mm/38 that use the 9mm largo which has been referred to as 38 rimless in some places....
I'm pretty sure the colt pistol used the standard 38 semi rimmed acp round which was loaded here and there but usually in batches rather than continuously like 9 parabellum. Your best bet is just to google search the web for 38 auto.... 38 acp etc.

Remington used to sell .38acp ammo. I used it in a Llama .38 Super auto because it would work while the hollowpoint .38 super ammo would jam it about every time.

Just don't get adventurous and try .38 Super ammo in your nice old Colt!

I really don't know if Remington still makes it, as this was in the late 1980's when I was buying it.
