Ya did good to get one with the unit disc! Got my only ski trooper last month at a NC auction (did ALL Finn Mosins land in NC? 
) but my disc is AWOL. Put an SA marked canvas and leather sling on mine. I've seen so many different slings used by the Finns that I wouldn't rule out any type or construction.

good news/bad news.
Bad news is, it's the most common year/maker for an m27. the stock also looks like it may have been sanded.
Good news, the rifle looks great, you got the front swivel, and you got the stock disk.
The good far outweighs the bad. Also, while m27's aren't impossible to find, they don't exactly show up every day either. congrats!
Just about any finn sling could be used, from brown leather to green leather to canvas to tractor belt.
Is it one of the early marathon imports?

The stock disc is for 3/Tampereen Rykmentti (Tampere Regiment). Here's a short history of the regiment.
The Tampere Regiment used to operate in Hennala from 1919 to 1949, and the Häme Regiment cherishes its traditions dating back to the 17th century.
The first Häme Regiment was founded by King Gustavus II Adolphus in 1626. Throughout the Swedish period, the regiment continued to operate, participating in all wars fought by Sweden-Finland. Under Russian rule, the unit served under the names of Hämeenlinna Battalion or Rifle Battalion until the Finnish army was disbanded in 1902.
Having participated under various names in Finland's War of Independence, the Tampere Regiment was formed in 1919. The activity of the unit ended at the beginning of the Winter War in 1939. The Häme Regiment was established on 1 January 1986 by uniting the independent units in the Hennala Garrison under one command.
The colours of the regiment are the old red and white flag of the Tampere Regiment, and the march of honour, March of Parola, is also inherited from the same regiment. The anniversary of the regiment is celebrated on 3 October, the day when the Finnish Ministry of Defence made the decision to establish the regiment.

During the Winter War Infantry Regiment 7 ( JR.7/17) was formed with the personell from Tampere Regiment and became a part of 6th Infantry Division, and fought among other places at the Summa sector.
The commander during the Winter War (actually from 1938 on) was Colonel (later General) Kaarlo Heiskanen. Kaarlo Heiskanen became the 21st recipient of the Mannerhein Cross in 1941
Later on he became the commander of the Finnish Defence Forces, from 1953-1959 ... sort of a sidecomment to the stock disc ...drifted off topic a bit
