Picked this up from a local collector who has been selling off his non-WW2 German pieces. Its a 1917 dated Terni long rifle that came with a nice bayonet that included a WW2? frog. It is import marked and has a star on the tang so I'm assuming this one came from Albania? Here are a few photos:

Thanks Jak~47. I'm pretty happy with this one. I can never seem to hang on to any of the Carcano's I get but I think this one will be a keeper. The action seems to be a lot smoother than most Carcano's and the bore looks pretty good. Also having the bayonet with it was a big plus and a lot of the Carcano bayonets I see for sale at local shows are missing the leather scabbard. Now I just need to track down a sling and cleaning rod for it. Unfortunately I missed out on a nice WW1 Italian helmet from the same seller I bought this rifle from.
