what is a decent condition one of these worth with the 1920 possession stamp and the s/42 conversion stamps?

this is like saying i have a 1970 chevelle. its red. how much is it worth. Need way more info...matching? rc? condition of bluing? bore? pictures would help most.

A dealer had one (shortened stock, black paint, etc.- as imported) on his table at several shows last year, practically begging someone to buy it. I believe he had it priced around $150-$200.

I paid $400 for one 3 months ago, which matches your overall description, with an EWB stock marking. The handguard was a mess, but repairable.

I paid $400 for my boltMM 'Bahnschutz' marked 1916/1920 V. Chr. Schilling 98M in December of '10; c. 1936 HZa Spandau rework, Krupp barrel, Simson finshed.

I'd take it for 200, but just don't see all that much else I'd want (check out the type 30 bayonets)
