“AV3 21811” on the stock of a ’42 B Barrel M91

I know that AV3 means this 1942 B-Barrel M91 (1895 Hex Receiver) probably passed through the "Arms Depot #3" from what I've seen on the web, but given that the rifles serial number is 41913, does the 21811 have any significance (i.e.: unit number, or something similar)?

I have to stop poking through rifles of I could be up all night!

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I spent some time on mosinnagant.net & tried to figure out the wood type on my 1940 Tikka M91. The wood appears to be walnut, but the site says the stocks were birch? The wood grain is different from the other M91's I have in the ole collection. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it - I have another AV3 stock that bubba tried to cut down to 91-30 length - Other than being ruined for a M91 stock, it is in pretty much the same shape since it left Finland & will make a nice replacement stock for a bubba'd M27 - Too bad I sold Gil my only bubba'd M27 =+O
