First time posting. I believe this is a police issue magazine, but don't know much else besides that. I'm hoping someone out there can tell me a bit more about the stamp on the bottom, possibly its year of manufacture. There are no stamps on the body of the mag, just the stamps shown here. Thanks!

Just today acquired a lovely older Winchester 1897. appears to have a 20 inch barrel, doesn't look like it was cut. it's marked 'CYL', so that's also a pretty good indication it wasn't cut. the barrel appears a 1910, and the receiver a 1937 production? not sure. the pump slide is marked...
