Help to identify

I’m very new to this form but I’d like to take a shot at what this is. I’m going with an early small ring German Mauser that has been Sporterized.
in picture number five you show the bolt release and extractor. That screw sticking up should be screwed down to hold the extractor in place.

I’m sorry. You can delete the word “German” from my amateur guess. That gun could have been built by any number of countries and most likely not Germany.
