A good place to look for out of print books and other printed material is http://www.biblio.com which claims to have listings for over 7 million books from a number of dealers.
If you are looking for non English language books related to firearms (mostly in print), a good place to check is the Pelta Bookstore in Warsaw, Poland, at http://www.pelta.com.pl . They have an English language version of their web site with short book descriptions. They also carry an extensive collection of model kits from around the world.
Clive Law runs Service Publications at http://www.servicepub.com " We carry a wide assortment of gun books, concentrating on the Collector. We carry books from Collector Grade, Museum Restoration Service, North Cape, Excalibur, Skennerton and many others. In addition we have a publishing programme of our own. We have just produced "Small Arms Unit Marks" which details the Regimental Abbreviations found on British & Canadian SmallArms between 1900-1930.
