Nice, I always wondered about the fastening methods.
It's made by the Deutsche Signalflaggenfabrik in Karlsruhe (Baden/Württemberg) b.t.w. (German signal flag factory).

For me it´s the first kind of the altered (cut) Arty holster. I think this kind was made only a short time. Most of these holsters are still near mint.
